Questions, answered

Is the solar design really free?

Yes — completely. We build a custom design for your roof, your usage, and your PG&E rate plan, and walk you through it. You keep the numbers either way. No cost, no commitment.

Do I need to be home for anything?

No. The initial design is built from satellite imagery and your bill details. If you like the numbers, we'll schedule a quick site visit before anything is finalized.

Does solar still make sense under NEM-3?

Yes — but the design matters more than ever. Under NEM-3, pairing panels with a battery and sizing the system to how you actually use power is what protects your savings. That's exactly what the free design shows you.

Who is Got Watts?

We're a local Concord, CA company doing electric, solar, and HVAC under one roof — Diamond Certified for 10+ consecutive years, independently rated highest in quality.

What happens after I submit?

Two quick steps. First, a short call with one of our Solar Designers to go over your usage, your bill, and your goals. Then we build your custom design and walk you through it together on a follow-up call — savings, system size, and battery options for your exact home. You decide from there.
